Now the crimes are committed on the millions by these people with influences claiming in writing to be a mob with indomitability with a high degree of perversity and profiting from children exploitation:
Daniel and his new born child (subject to a DNA the mother Samantha requested) went to Mexico City,
the mother was to arrive three days later, but did not.
Instead the mother who was an illegal alien in the USA she trespassed into his home with 8 people and the theft began, she abandoned her own son named Sebastian and even made impossible for them to return to Texas, even stealing the money of Daniel and their travel documents and all aided with her family. But in fact, her travel documents were also withheld from her by "Susan" her mother, to not meet Daniel
Her sister Scarlett Lowry, brother Joseph Lowry and Tristan Nind started physical attacks against the parents of Daniel (around 80 years old) in Mexico, while the rest of the Lowry family will steal all from them as well.
Then after stealing all, including bank accounts, real estate, 1732 masterpieces, records, identifications, and much more including 35 million dollars; an International Settlement Agreement under the Hague Convention (treaty) was reached with the foreign affairs director of Mexico, Consuls and Vice consuls of the British and American embassies in Mexico, attorneys and parents and ordering the child to remain in Mexico.
But Samantha (Et Al) forged the Signatures of the Consul of the US Embassy Cecil K Scott and Kidnapped the Child up to date.
Soon after the kidnapping, the father of Daniel sued Samantha for a fraud and theft committed against them as well and he was murdered one hour before his scheduled deposition against Samantha at 79 years old.
The brother of Samantha was accused of Sexual abuse to a child on Hillsborough child care center own by the family.
Yet, Daniel has not been allowed to see his son not even by video, and his whereabouts remain concealed up to date.

Now he disappeared since December 2009 to date by claiming he was in appeals, but was lie, he appeared (online) on court cases in family court. But it is believed that is the Brethertons who do not wish for Justice Hedley to hear the case anymore.
